Gender, safety and health guide

This guide highlights the different health and safety risks that female and male workers are exposed to at work, and informs both female and male safety reps on how to take a gender-sensitive approach when negotiating health and safety policies and procedures with their employer. 

Addressing all hazards in a gender-sensitive way will also mean that we include non-binary and trans people with other identities.
